The open work puffy heart is set wiht a heart shaped red garnet which is prong set and framed in 14k yellow gold.The key toggle clasp has a 14k yellow gold accent band.The charm measures 9/16 inch (15mm) wide and 7/8 inches (23mm) tall including the bail.Measures 7.5 inches long. The chain is 1/8 inch (4mm) wide.Weighs 13.8 grams.The signature and quality marks can be founf on the circle side of the toggle clasp. Carefully tested to verufy metal content.
